Week 6 high school football pick ‘em

Week 5 saw district play start for most area teams. Now they’re playing for real. Teams got a quick taste of just how they’ll do for the rest of the season and whether playoffs are in the near future.

Six games are on tap for Thursday while on Friday, seven undefeated teams hit the field with Metroplex powerhouses Euless Trinity and Southlake Carroll meeting for the fifth consecutive season.

During Week 5, pick ’em winners went 24-12 — now 124-47 on the season.

Last week 10 of the 11 undefeated area teams remained perfect. This week, eight are in action with all eight continue their win streaks.
