Saginaw handles Brewer for season’s first win
Cade Puente and Clint Smith connected on two touchdown passes and Richedi Tshitoko aded two ruhsing TDs as Saginaw beat White Settlement Brewer 35-14 on Friday in a Distroict 6-5A game at Rough Rider Stadium.
Key Players: Tshitoko rushed for 106 yards and the two scores.
Key Stat: Saginaw LB Kendall Landfair returned an interception 18 yards for a touchdown late in the fourth quarter. Saginaw DBs Edward Harper II and Isaiah Singh also had INTs.
Records: Saginaw, 1-3, 1-0 6-5A; White Settlement Brewer, 1-3, 0-1.
