Can you believe it? There are two rounds remaining in the Texas high school football season.

There are a handful of Fort Worth-area teams still fighting for a state championship in their respective classes. There have been some phenomenal individual performances that have helped power these squads to victory.

There are seven teams represented in this weeks’ player of the week poll: Southlake Carroll, North Crowley, Aledo, Colleyville Heritage, Decatur, Brock and Argyle Liberty Christian.

Without further ado, here are the nominees for the Fort Worth-area player of the week. Voting will close Wednesday at 11:59 p.m. CT.
