Dallas-Fort Worth area high school football defensive player of the week from Lake Dallas

Lake Dallas’ Anthony Luna was voted DFW football defensive player of the week from Week 10.

Luna picked up 44% of the votes. Fossil Ridge’s Jaxton Nelson came in second place at 33%.

Luna made 7 tackles and picked off 2 passes vs. Frisco Memorial.

Colleyville Heritage’s Garrett Finley came in third place. Aubrey’s Everson Strain came in fourth A total of 10 players were nominated on Tuesday.
