Dallas-Fort Worth area high school football defensive player of the week from Martin

Arlington Martin’s Nana Boadi-Owusu was voted DFW high school football defensive player of the week from Week 6.

Boadi-Owusu got 53% of the votes. Richland’s Christian Smith-Johnson came in second place with 35%.

Boadi-Owusu recorded 9 tackles, 4 tackles for loss, 1 sack and 3 hurries vs. SGP.

SL Carroll’s Logan Anderson came in third place. Lewisville’s Billy Sanford came in fourth place. A total of 8 players were nominated on Tuesday.
