Dallas-Fort Worth area high school boys basketball player of the week from Grapevine

Grapevine’s Jackson Waggoner has been voted the latest DFW area high school boys basketball player of the week.

Waggoner received 53% of the votes. Waggoner averaged 25.8 on 59.3% shooting in four games last week for the Mustangs. He scored 27, 19, 32 and 25 points.

Waggoner had 32 points on 8 of 10 3-point shooting vs. Birdville. During the week, he went 12 of 23 from downtown.

Eaton’s Andrew Parker came in second place with 40%.
