DFW high school basketball winners in Week 12 from South Grand Prairie, Westlake Academy
South Grand Prairie’s Christian Turner and Westlake Academy’s Lauren Cortinas were voted the latest DFW boys and girls basketball players of the week.
Turner was voted boys basketball player of the week after scoring 38 points against Waxahachie.
Cortinas was voted girls basketball player of the week after posting 23 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists and 9 steals against Forest Lake Academy.
