DFW high school boys and girls basketball winners in Week 7 from LD Bell, Oakridge, Eaton, Decatur
LD Bell’s Jaden Wells, Arlington Oakridge boys, Eaton’s Kennedy Crites and Decatur girls are the latest DFW high school basketball players and teams of the week.
Wells, a Central Oklahoma signee, scored 30 points vs. Fossil Ridge. The boys player of the week received 69 percent of the voting.
Oakridge was voted boys team of the week after starting the season 19-0.
Crites, voted girls player of the week, received 39 percent (431) after scoring a school record 31 points with 6 3-pointers vs. Fossil Ridge.
Boswell’s Nya Robertson came in second with 37 percent (402) after scoring 29 points with 5 3-pointers vs. Colleyville Heritage.
Decatur was voted girls team of the week after starting the season 19-0.
