DFW high school basketball winners in Week 6 from Brock, SW Christian, Legacy, Carter
Southwest Christian’s Ariele Rosborough, Dallas Carter’s Jalen Williams, the Brock Lady Eagles and the Mansfield Legacy Broncos are the latest DFW high school basketball players and teams of the week.
Brock was voted girls team of the week when the Class 3A school took down 5A Lake Dallas 70-68.
Rosborough was girls player of the week with 51 percent after scoring 25 points vs. Frisco Legacy.
Summit’s Tommisha Lampkin came in second with 24 points against Crowley.
Legacy was boys team of the week after the Broncos won the Great East Texas shootout. The Broncos got 56 percent.
The Colony came in second after upsetting No. 3 Sulphur Springs.
Williams was boys player of the week with 51 percent after averaging 22 points against Kimball and 4A champ Faith Family.
Arlington Bowie’s Donta Coady came in second with 30 points scored vs. SA Wagner.
