Former Arlington Martin, Grace Prep star drafted by Denver Broncos in fifth round

Former Arlington Martin and Grace Prep standout defensive end Justin Hollins was selected on Saturday in the fifth round of the NFL Draft, No. 156 overall, by the Denver Broncos.

Hollins excelled with the Lions and Warriors before playing at Oregon.

After his career with Grace Prep, Hollins attended Martin during his senior season when he recorded 59 tackles, 15 for loss and four sacks. He was a 3-star prospect and graduated in 2014.

He chose Oregon over Baylor, Illinois, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Missouri and more.

Starting in every game expect one during his final three years, Hollins registered 184 tackles, 36 for loss and 14 sacks. Hollins led the nation with eight forced fumbles during his final two seasons with the Ducks.

“Our fifth-round pick, Justin Hollins from Oregon, is a big and athletic linebacker who can play inside and outside. His athleticism also will help us on special teams,” Broncos’ General Manager John Elway said on Twitter.
