Dallas-Fort Worth baseball player of the week April 1-6, 2019

The winner of the latest DFW baseball player of the week for games April 1-6, 2019 is Fossil Ridge pitcher Colton Craddock!

Craddock, who received 5,657 votes, shut down state-ranked Southlake Carroll on April 5, handing the Dragons their first loss in district play and snapping a 4-game winning streak.

Craddock earned the win after pitching 5 2/3 innings and allowing 4 hits during a 2-1 win.

He beat out Burleson Centennial hitter Miguel Santos, who picked up 5,271 votes after going 2 for 3 with a grand slam against cross town rival Burleson on April 5.

Forney pitcher Austin Ream came in third place after throwing a perfect game with 11 strikeouts vs. Poteet on April 2.
