The top rated 2020 pro-style QB in the state just received his first SEC offer

Weatherford's Ken Seals has picked up an offer from Vanderbilt, his first from an SEC program.

Seals, the top-ranked 2020 pro-style quarterback in the state, also holds offers from Minnesota, Montana State, North Carolina State, Nevada, UTEP, Cincinnati and Florida Atlantic.



Seals played on the junior varsity team in 2017 because of UIL transfer rules. He threw for 2,600 yards and 30 touchdowns as they went 8-2.

He is currently in the midst of a 22-day cross-country recruiting tour, which, at its conclusion, will have seen him travel 9,000 miles. He's also visited Tulsa, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Minnesota and more.



Seals is a 4-star recruit and ranked the No. 10 QB in the nation, per 247Sports. He's the No. 1 QB in the state and No. 30 overall player.
