Oklahoma State head coach Mike Gundy landed a verbal commit from Argyle 2019 offensive lineman Preston Wilson on Monday.
Wilson, a 3-star prospect, became the 14th commit from 2019 for the Cowboys, according to 247Sports. He's the fifth from Dallas-Fort Worth and seventh from Texas.
Wilson held 30 offers and also considered Texas Tech, Baylor, Kansas, Arizona State, and Washington State to name a few. He was projected to commit with the Red Raiders, per 247Sports.
He's the No. 74 ranked offensive tackle in the country and No. 101 overall player in the state.
Argyle went 12-1 in 2017. Wilson was a first-team all-district selection.
