TCU football at No. 18 on Athlon Sports preseason Top 25
TCU is on another preseason Top 25 list. This time, Athlon Sports has the Horned Frogs at No. 18.
It fits in with most other predictions for the Frogs, coming off an 11-2 season, with a new quarterback and a more experienced defense.
“TCU will be a dark horse contender in the Big 12,” the magazine writes. “Only one starter returns on offense, but there’s a good foundation in place at the skill positions.”
When it comes to preseason Top 25s this year, The Horned Frogs have been as high as No. 6 by Fox Sports and and as low as No. 25 by The Sporting News.
Last week, they didn’t make the cut on ESPN’s latest list.
