First-quarter highlight
Josh Carraway’s sack on the opening possession gave him nine for the season. The last TCU player with that many in a season was Devonte Fields, who had 10 in 2012.
Second-quarter highlight
Linebackers Ty Summers and Travin Howard each collected their first sacks with the Horned Frogs. Howard corralled Vernon Adams Jr.; Summers got to backup Jeff Lockie.
Third-quarter highlight
Jaelan Austin caught a 26-yard touchdown pass on a fourth-down scramble by Bram Kohlhausen. It was the second touchdown catch of the year for Austin.
Fourth-quarter highlight
Aaron Green scored on a 2-yard run, and tight end Buck Jones caught a 2-point conversion pass on an end-around by Shaun Nixon to bring the Frogs within 31-28.
Overtime Highlight
Bram Kohlhausen scored on an 8-yard run in the third extra period to cap TCU’s 31-point rally.
Game balls
DB Denzel Johnson: Broke up Oregon’s final pass of the game, on fourth down, to seal the victory.
QB Bram Kohlhausen: Threw for 351 yards and two touchdowns starting on two days’ notice in leading 31-point comeback.
RB Aaron Green: Rushed for 105 yards and a touchdown in his last college game, playing in his hometown.
