TCU baseball coach Kirk Saarloos has been suspended for two games after his ejection from Saturday’s loss to Oklahoma State, according to multiple reports.
Saarloos will miss Sunday’s game against the Cowboys in Stillwater, Oklahoma, and Friday’s home game against Utah.
Saarloos was ejected while arguing with umpires after a TCU defensive out was overturned on video review. The game was tied 2-2 in the seventh inning at the time, but the Horned Frogs went on to lose 9-2.

Saarloos argued with multiple umpires, then went back to the dugout to grab a leather bag before making a slow walk to the exit in center field. Video of the ejection was shared widely on social media.
TCU (29-17, 13-10) and Oklahoma State (30-17, 13-10) are tied for fifth place in the Big 12 entering Sunday’s series finale. The top six seeds receive byes in the Big 12 tournament May 19-23 in Surprise, Arizona.
