The No. 17 ranked TCU Horned Frogs suffered an upset loss to the unranked Colorado Buffaloes in the power-five coaching debut of NFL Hall of Famer Deion Sanders.

Social media reacted to the season-opening loss.

Morris was awful. Briles looks like a VERY bad hire. Gillespie had his worst day as TCU defensive coordinator. Our pass rush got some sacks but little pressure otherwise. Secondary looked like a high school team. Even our special teams... #TCU

When the game ment the most TCU QB Morris was terrible he couldn’t hit water if he fell out a boat. Missed his receivers on crucial big plays that they needed but also the terrible coaching calling two back to back run plays with 1:27 left knowing your out of field goal range ‍♂️
