Bally Sports Southwest continues to lose battles when it comes to goodwill among fan bases.

TCU baseball fans were the latest to express disappointment with the regional sports network as it held the rights to the Horned Frogs’ midweek game at Dallas Baptist University on Tuesday night.

Most TCU baseball fans have become accustomed to watching most games on ESPN+ and the streaming service was carrying Tuesday’s game. However, DBU controlled the broadcast since it was a home game and the ESPN+ broadcast was blacked out in the BSSW footprint. Of course, that footprint includes many TCU fans.

BSSW has drawn the ire of Texas Rangers and Dallas Stars fans in recent years as well. Thousands within the Metroplex are unable to watch Rangers and Stars games since they don’t have a AT&T/DirecTV subscription.

Dallas Baptist led TCU 3-1 in the fifth inning Tuesday after the game started almost two hours late because of a weather delay.
