Aledo’s Colt Ellison to start TCU’s regular-season finale
The TCU football team is facing a must-win situation to become bowl eligible in today’s regular-season finale against West Virginia.
The Horned Frogs (5-6, 3-5 Big 12) faced a similar situation last season, defeating Oklahoma State. Here’s a few pregame notes —
▪ Freshman defensive end Colt Ellison is expected to make his third career start. The Aledo product has seven tackles this season
▪ Senior defensive end Shameik Blackshear is healthy and active for today’s game.
▪ Junior Austin Myers is expected to start at right guard. It will be Myers’ fourth start this season.
