Osborne, who had been at Flower Mound Marcus the past two years, committed to TCU on Feb. 7, 2018. When he committed, he was the highest-rated national recruit for the Frogs, checking in as the No. 362 player overall, No. 41 OT overall and No. 52 player in Texas.
He chose TCU over offers from Arkansas, Baylor, Texas A&M, Oklahoma, Ole Miss and Michigan among others. His last offer was from Auburn on April 23, according to 247Sports.
The Frogs currently have 13 commits in 2019 led by four-star QB Max Duggan (Council Bluffs, Iowa/Lewis Central).
