TCU signs cornerback from trusty Louisiana recruiting spot
TCU signed a cornerback from one of its favorite recruiting spots in Louisiana.
Three-star prospect Hidari Ceasar became the latest in a line of Horned Frogs players from Monroe or West Monroe, including current receivers Kavontae Turpin and John Diarse, and former defensive line standouts Chucky Hunter and James McFarland.
Ceasar is rated the 56th-best player in Louisiana by 247Sports.com.

The 5-11, 175-pound player also held offers from Louisiana Tech, Oklahoma State and Southern Miss, among others, according to 247Sports.
