Day in the life of a Dean & Deluca Invitational caddy

This is my second year to caddy at the Colonial for the invitational. My first caddy experience was spectacular! I was pro golfer Bo Van Pelt’s caddy. He let me take his putt-shot and after they finished the hole the golfers autograph a Colonial pin flag and Bo let me autograph it too, which was awesome.

This year only got better. I was a caddy for Bryson DeChambeau. Bryson gave me his club grip that he autographed and his golf ball, but my favorite part was the selfie we took. The tournament officials said it was the first pro selfie taken this year. He takes an impressive selfie so I think he will go far.

The First Tee of Fort Worth is the only program in the nation to partner with a major golf tournament to allow its participants to caddy for the pro golfers. Thanks to The First Tee for the annual once in a lifetime experience!
