Two Dallas Wings draftees have top odds to win WNBA Rookie of the Year
The 2025 WNBA season is around the corner, and sportsbooks have published odds for the league’s year-end awards, such as MVP and rookie of the year.
The Dallas Wings drafted Paige Bueckers No.1 overall, after a standout career with the UConn Huskies that ended with her winning the 2025 NCAA Championship. What are her chances of winning the league’s top honors for rookies?
According to BetMGM, Bueckers is the prohibitive favorite to win WNBA Rookie of the Year with -275 odds and would be the first Dallas Wings player to win the award since Allisha Gray did in 2017.
Former TCU Horned Frog and Chicago Sky draft pick Hailey Van Lith also made an appearance on the list with the sixth-best odds to bring home the award.
