When will EA Sports release its 2024 college football video game? We now know.

Fans have been waiting and clamoring for release information about EA Sports’ upcoming game “College Football 25,” a continuation of their popular NCAA Football franchise.

The wait is over, almost.

EA Sports announced on X, formerly Twitter, the release of their upcoming game in the Summer of 2024.

However, the company did not give an exact date of when the game would be released which the company said would be revealed in May.

This would be the first college football game from EA Sports since its release of “NCAA Football 14,” in 2013.

The series was discontinued in large part due to a lawsuit brought by former collegiate football players who alleged the game series used their likenesses without payment.

EA Sports settled with said players in 2013 shortly after announcing they would discontinue the series the following year.

EA Sports has already announced that eligible FBS players will have the option to opt in and be compensated for their likeness for “College Football 25.”

Since its cancellation fans have constantly clamored for the franchise’s return because of the game’s massive popularity and those fans will soon be rewarded for their patience.
