Joshua Lady Owls Basketball Camp, July 20-22 at Joshua High School gymnasium. Sessions for first- through fifth-graders will be 9 to 10:30 a.m.; sessions for sixth- to ninth-graders will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Cost is $35, although scholarships are available. Instructors will be Joshua High School girls coaching staff and other qualified coaches. Camp will focus on fundamentals, leadership, endurance and positive attitude.
FOOTBALL

Fort Worth Football Officials Association is beginning training for the 2015 season and open registration is now available. Weekly training sessions meet in Fort Worth each Monday at 5:30 p.m. Members officiate high school and junior high football throughout North Texas, and the association is looking for at least 100 new officials. FWFO is a division of the Texas Association of Sports Officials (TASO) and members receive game fees and mileage paid by each school.
