The DC Wonder Woman race series launched in 2018 and promotes family health, physical activity and celebrates fandom for all DC characters and films.

“Wonder Woman, as a strong female role-model, offers the Cowtown an opportunity to work within our C.A.L.F. program to encourage girls, moms, grandmothers, and aunts to support one another, show their unique strength, and reach a new run goal,” states Heidi Swartz, Executive Director for The Cowtown, in a press release.

Partial proceeds of Dallas-Fort Worth DC Wonder Woman 5K and 10K will benefit The Cowtown C.A.L.F. Program: As part of The Cowtown mission to promote a lifelong love of fitness, The C.A.L.F. Program was created in 2009 to help tens of thousands of area children lace up and cross countless finish lines.
