Republican elites attack Trump in desperate fight for status quo

Some 50 prominent “Republican national security experts” have declared their opposition to Donald Trump, saying, “We are convinced that in the Oval Office, he would be the most reckless President in American history.”

“Republicans” Sens. Susan Collins of Maine, Mark Kirk of Illinois, Lindsay Graham of South Carolina and Ben Sasse of Nebraska, U.S. Reps. Richard Hanna of New York and Scott Rigell of Virginia, along with Massachusetts former Gov. Mitt Romney and current Gov. Charlie Baker, among others, have decided that Trump is simply not reflective of something they refer to as “Republican values.”

I’m assuming these political failures are referring to these tried and true values of “Republican” leadership:

Ignoring Republican voters: A record number of Republican primary voters came out to slap these “more politically astute than thou” with the reality that as far as the people are concerned, these self-anointed gods of the politic can be replaced with someone who has never run for public office before.

Why?

Because they have continually refused to respond to the clearly defined wishes of the voting public: border security, respect for American citizenry, real immigration reform, tax reform, Social Security reform, a real Veterans Administration, balanced budgets, tax cuts, respect for American law and more.

Now, it seems as if the American people are ignoring these politicians back.

Enabling leftist progressive/destructive Democrat policy: President Obama has spent $9.7 trillion since he took office. Republicans have done nothing to stop his outright larceny of the public coffers.

Where has that money gone? Did you get a piece of it? I didn’t. The Apollo program cost $100 billion in today’s money. We’re nearly $20 trillion in debt, and we have no lunar base or flag on Mars.

I couldn’t help but notice that none these “Republicans” ever threatened to dump any contact with Obama during this outrageous fleecing of the American taxpayer.

Refusing to enable American corporations to bring their prosperity home: Why haven’t the Republican majorities in the House and Senate lowered the corporate tax rate to 15 percent instead a world-beating 35 percent? Because they are lousy politicians.

In 2004, we the people voted the presidency, the House and the Senate into the hands of “Republicans.” What did they do? Nothing.

President Bush wanted to reform Social Security and the IRS. Did “Republicans” assist the president? Nope.

So now comes an American patriot, frustrated with the “Republican” incompetence we’ve been victimized by, and what are these all-knowing geniuses doing?

Running for the tall grass. Proving their in-bred fecklessness. Casting the future of this republic into doubt aiding and abetting the election of one of their own members of the political elite, Hillary Clinton.

Clinton, an unindicted federal felon, an unashamed pathological liar, a government bureaucrat with more blood on her hands than any presidential candidate since Dwight Eisenhower.

What have we learned?

America now has a one-party political system: The Plutocrat Party. Government of the political elite, by the political elite, for the political elite.

What do we the people do? Elect Donald Trump and send these hubris-immersed, tin-god snots to the utopian oblivion they deserve.

The meek shall inherit the mess.
