Parker County

I’ve been involved in Parker County politics for nearly 35 years. I’m a past county party chairman and current state party secretary.

I’ve known few candidates whom I can support with more enthusiasm than Judge Lynn Johnson. I’ve had the chance to observe her decision-making and worked with her on civic projects.

She honors God, country and her family and is devoted to the people of Parker County.

Rena Peden, Fort Worth

Elect Deborah Kernan as judge of County Court at Law 2.

She has the most experience and the respect of her colleagues and peers. Her conservative values and involvement in community also represent the Republican Party in the best way possible.

Did you know that the County Court at Law 2 judge has a seat on the Juvenile Board of Parker County? Deborah Kernan is the only candidate who has juvenile experience in a court environment.

Parker County needs a judge who understands that taxpayer money is used in their courtroom. As a businesswoman, Deborah knows the demands of a budget and how to make sure that every dollar is spent in the most efficient way.

Deborah Kernan is the most experienced and most qualified candidate for County Court at Law 2. She’s the experienced conservative leader Parker County needs.

Kim McDonald,

Weatherford

Campaign signs

I was disappointed to see that the only presidential candidate with signs posted at my venue for early voting was Donald Trump. This was at the Tarrant County Southwest Sub-Courthouse on Granbury Road.

Why weren’t there signs for the other candidates? Are their local campaign headquarters too busy, too lazy?

I’m not a Trump supporter and was distressed to see no effort on the part of my candidate’s campaign team in south Fort Worth!

I also tried to find a local telephone number for a campaign office — the information service had none listed. November is not that far off, y’all! Get with it!
