Trinity Metro suspended its bus and ZIPZONE services Wednesday morning due to icy weather conditions impacting roadways.

Trinity Metro ACCESS Service, which offers door-to-door transportation for passengers with disabilities, will continue to provide scheduled life-sustaining trips but delays could be possible, Melissa Chrisman, Vice President of Marketing and Communications, said in a statement.

Trinity Metro customers impacted by winter weather service schedule changes can arrange a guaranteed ride home by calling customer care at 817-215-8600.

TEXRail and Trinity Railway Express continue to operate on regular weekday schedules, but passengers may experience weather related delays, Chrisman said.

“We continue to ask that everyone uses caution while traveling,” Chrisman said. “Roadways, sidewalks and level surfaces such as train platforms, while treated can still be slippery.”
