City of Midland releases SeeClickFix numbers for June 2026
The city of Midland announced performance data for its SeeClickFix service to mark the second anniversary of the service's launch.
SeeClickFix is a digital 311 program that allows residents to submit non-emergency issues directly to the city through Midland's website or app. According to the city, it has responded to nearly 19,000 requests submitted through SeeClickFix from its July 2024 launch through June 2026. The city's user survey data also showed that 98% of users would use SeeClickFix again, and 89% rated it as "Very Easy" or "Easy" to use.
For June 2026, the data shows most requests came from District 3 and involved police activity, transportation, code enforcement and solid waste. The top three request categories were tall weeds or grass, parking violations on public streets or alleys and potholes, with each receiving more than 100 requests. The city also reported that the average time to acknowledge a request was less than a day, except for "concerns at city parks," while all items took less than five days to address and resolve.
