Waco Police arrest man in child indecency case dating back more than 25 years

A 63-year-old man accused of making sexual contact with a child more than 25 years ago was arrested earlier this month, police and jail records show.

Waco Police arrested Archan Suarez-Eleazar on May 3 in connection with a Dec. 19, 2000, incident.

According to an arrest warrant affidavit filed in 2002, a child told police Suarez-Eleazar exposed himself before grabbing the child's hand, placing it on his penis and moving the child's hand up and down.

The affidavit does not specify where in McLennan County the incident happened.

Suarez-Eleazar was booked in McLennan County Jail on three second-degree felony charges of indecency with a child by contact. Jail records also show an immigration detainer filed against him.

He remained in jail Friday with bail set at $150,000.
