FLATZ 432 opens 300 new apartment homes for lease in Midland

May 13-FLATZ 432 has officially expanded, adding 300 apartment homes for lease in Midland.

The complex, owned by Z Modular, a Zekelman company, features two campuses and 642 units.

The expansion adds workforce housing in response to sustained job growth and continued economic activity in the region's oil and gas sector, officials said.

"Midland's explosive employment growth continues to place pressure on the local housing supply," said Scot Snitker, vice president of asset management at Z Modular.

"By expanding FLATZ 432, we're helping address that demand with modular housing that can be delivered quickly, efficiently and at scale, while maintaining long-term quality for residents."

To celebrate the opening, FLATZ 432 is offering a limited-time incentive of six weeks free rent.

Located at 2320 Atlas Ave., the new campus offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments near major employment centers and transportation corridors.

Community amenities include a fitness center, indoor entertainment spaces, outdoor gathering areas and pet-friendly features.
