Texas’ favorite ice cream brand is releasing a new flavor.

Blue Bell Ice Cream recently announced the addition of “Brookie À La Mode,” which is a brown sugar ice cream, churned with chunks of brownie and chocolate chip cookies.

This comes shortly after Blue Bell’s announcement of a new Honey Vanilla Ice Cream, (available only in pint size) and the return of their Java Jolt coffee ice cream with dark chocolate chunks and espresso swirl.

Blue Bell also released a line of protein ice cream, called PRO pints. The pints have 12 grams of protein and come in chocolate, coffee, salted caramel, strawberry and vanilla flavors.

Here’s how you can try the new Brookie À La Mode.

Where to get Blue Bell’s new Brookie À La Mode

Brookie À La Mode is available in half gallon and pint sizes anywhere you buy Blue Bell.

Blue Bell is available in most Texas grocery stores. But customers can also use Blue Bell’s store locator to find the closest grocer with Blue Bell near them.

Is the brookie Blue Bell Ice Cream a permanent flavor?

Brookie À La Mode is here for a limited time, until supplies run out.

It is uncertain how long this flavor will last, so go get your fix as soon as possible.
