NFL star running back Derrick Henry lists his dramatic Dallas estate. Take a look
Even though the Baltimore Ravens missed their opportunity to head to the big game Feb. 9 in New Orleans, their star running back is still looking to score — at least in the real estate market.
Derrick Henry, a former Tennessee Titans, has listed his ultra sleek Dallas, Texas, home for $1.595 million, per a news release from real estate firm Compass. Decked out in a prestigious neighborhood of Inwood Park, the four-bedroom, four-bathroom residence is a model of sophistication with designer finishes from floor to ceiling.
“Seamless flow from indoors to out for both casual and elegant entertaining w multiple living areas,” the listing on Compass says. “The property features a chef’s kitchen with waterfall island, top of the line appliances and walk-in pantry. Kitchen opens to spacious living room anchored by a gas FP with designer tile.”
Other features, per the listing, include:
Bonus downstairs room
Primary suite retreat
“Full sized utility room”
Backyard patio
Turfed yard
Three-car garage
Gated driveway
The interior almost has an art deco feel to it with dramatic pops of color throughout dark and ivory walls, making the 4,000-square-foot home a pinnacle of modern style.
This isn’t the first time the football icon has listed the home after buying it in 2022. He had listed it for $1.775 million last year.
Henry and partner, Adrianna Rivas, are moving to a more spacious property in Dallas to suit their growing family, the Wall Street Journal reported.
Henry, who was drafted by Tennessee in 2016, was with the Titans for eight seasons before signing with Baltimore during free agency in 2024. He averaged 1,921 rushing yards, 325 carries and 16 touchdowns in the regular season with the Ravens, per stats on ESPN.com.
The listing is held by Julie Provenzano with Compass.
