Authorities said a 4-year-old boy who went missing in Denton on Thursday night was found safe early Friday morning, and a suspect is in custody.

A Texas Amber Alert was issued for Dominic Burgos.

The suspect wanted in his abduction was his mother, 40-year-old Selena Grasty, who did not have custody of the child, police said.

The boy and the woman were found together in Richardson, according to Denton police.
