A grand megamansion that stretches over 17,000 square feet has gone viral thanks to an appearance on a popular real estate social media page, and people are either in love with it, or find it overly dramatic.

Located in Sugar Land, Texas, the estate — which is listed for $6.99 million — appears to be a technicolor throwback inside, with bright colors splashing around, giving off a distinct 1990s, “Saved by the Bell” vibe.

“Welcome to the epitome of luxury living, where every day feels like a lavish affair,” the listing on Zillow.com details. “Nestled within Sugar Land’s prestigious gated community of Sweetwater Estates, this awe-inspiring estate promises an unparalleled lifestyle. Encompassing a vast 1.3-acre golf course lot, this property makes a grand statement from the moment you approach the circular driveway.”

Features of the seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom mansion include:

  • Modern chandelier

  • Formal dining room

  • Indoor water feature with waterfall

  • Bridge

  • Floor-to-ceiling glass windows

The residence was featured on Zillow Gone Wild, a Facebook page that highlights unique houses for sale across the globe.

“This is the wonkiest house ever!!” one person said in the comment section.

“I love everything about this!” another gushed.

“How bizarre!” someone noted.

“This might be the coolest house I’ve ever seen!” one person said.

“As a 90s baby I absolutely love this house. Makes me nostalgic,” another expressed.

“This is amazing honestly. I’d have so much fun,” someone commented.

Sugar Land is about 20 miles southwest of Houston.
