LISTEN: Braniff Flight 352 captain’s last words to passengers before 1968 crash

This exclusive cockpit recording from Braniff Flight 352 — the doomed airplane that crashed on May 3, 1968, on approach to Dallas from Houston — hasn’t been heard by the public in decades.

The audio eerily captures the captain and flight attendant’s final messages to passengers as the plane was nearing thunderstorms, but remained on schedule to land at Love Field.
