Man in just a thong gets arrested week after nude walk in neighborhood, Texas cops say

A man caught streaking last week in Texas was arrested again Tuesday. This time he was only wearing a thong, according to police and media reports.

Gilbert Ramos, 34, was charged with stalking after his most recent escapade, according to KSAT. He was seen on surveillance video “performing a lewd sex act at the front door of a home” and he was later spotted wearing just the thong near a school bus stop, according to the sheriff’s office, KABB-TV reported.

Last week, the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office sought information about the nude suspect when he was seen walking in the same neighborhood he was found Tuesday morning. Ramos was later identified, arrested and charged with indecent exposure, according to WOAI-TV.

He also made threats to a deputy when he was arrested last week, according to WOAI. Deputies believe that incident wasn’t the first time Ramos walked around the neighborhood while naked, the sheriff’s office said.

Due to his Tuesday arrest, officials requested that Ramos have GPS monitoring when he is released from jail, a sheriff’s office spokesperson told KABB.

Walking in only a thong is not illegal, but additional charges could be filed due to the circumstances, KSAT reported, citing the sheriff’s office.

Ramos was previous convicted for indecent exposure in 2014, KSAT reported.
