Video shows powerful power line blowouts in East Texas
Video taken in the early morning on April 18 shows flickering green lights as power line transformers blew out in succession along an East Texas road.
The video captured by police dash camera in Kilgore, Texas showed drivers on a highway overpass as power lines blew out next to them.
Kilgore Police told KLTV in Tyler, Texas that the cause is undetermined.
