Target recalls children’s pajamas that don’t meet safety standards for flammability

Pajamas shouldn’t endanger the person wearing them, especially if that person is a child. That’s why Target on Thursday recalled 120,000 sets of Cat & Jack Unicorn Cozy Pajama Sets.

The problem, as stated in the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission recall notice: “The children’s pajama sets fail to meet the federal flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children.”

Fortunately, no children have suffered burns yet.
