Who are your top three campaign contributors?

Lori Williams – I believe in leading by example and personally investing in the future I want to build. Dave Covert – A respected community leader and strong supporter of fiscal responsibility and local business. Various Grassroots Supporters – The rest of my contributions have come from individuals across the community who believe in honest leadership, transparency, and common-sense government.

Why are you seeking this office?

I’m running for office because I believe Mansfield deserves leadership that puts people before politics and priorities before pet projects. I’ve spent over a decade advocating for small businesses, holding local government accountable, and building strategic partnerships that drive real growth. But I’ve also seen the rise of wasteful spending, unchecked development, and a growing disconnect between City Hall and the people. I’m stepping up to restore fiscal responsibility, protect our core services, and be a voice for those who feel unheard. I’m not here to play politics — I’m here to lead with clarity, courage, and common sense.

If elected, what would your top 3 policy priorities be?

1. Restore Fiscal Responsibility

I will prioritize transparency and accountability in city spending. No more $400 million commitments without voter input. We must get back to funding core services first — public safety, infrastructure, and essential needs — not entertainment districts and vanity projects.

2. Champion Free Market Growth, Not Government Overreach

The role of city leadership is to create an environment where businesses and residents can thrive — not to act as developers or pick winners and losers. I believe in limited government and empowering the private sector to drive growth and innovation.

3. Serve the People — Not the Politics

Our community deserves leadership that listens, represents, and leads with integrity. I’m not part of any political machine. I represent the people who live here, work here, and are tired of feeling shut out. My decisions will always reflect what’s best for Mansfield’s future, not political agendas.

How will you measure your success?

I’ll measure success by the impact we make — not the headlines we chase. Success means restoring fiscal responsibility, funding core services first, and making decisions that create long-term value for taxpayers. It means bringing transparency to every project, asking the tough questions, and making sure residents feel heard and respected. I’ll also measure success by the health of our local economy — how well small businesses are growing, how many jobs are being created, and whether our policies support freedom, opportunity, and smart, sustainable growth.

Why should voters choose you over your opponents?

Voters should choose me because I’m not part of the political machine — I’m part of the solution. I bring real-world leadership, not just titles. I ask the tough questions, challenge irresponsible spending, and fight for transparency. While others are focused on legacy projects and backroom deals, I’m focused on core services, fiscal discipline, and protecting taxpayers. I represent the people — not special interests or status quo politics. If you’re ready for bold, principled leadership that puts Mansfield first, I’m ready to serve.
