Tarrant Water District Board appoints new member to fill Jim Lane’s seat

The Tarrant Regional Water District board voted in a special session Thursday to appoint a new member to replace Jim Lane who died in November.

C.B. Teams, who ran an unsuccessful campaign for water board in 2021, will serve out the rest of Lane’s term, which expires in May.

Team will be eligible to run as an incumbent in May 6 election.
