Man found covered in blood accused of stabbing grandpa to death, Nevada cops say
A man was arrested after being accused of stabbing his grandfather to death, Nevada officials said.
On April 21, 28-year-old Jourdan Nepo was found standing in the home’s garage covered in blood, according to a news release by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
Nepo is accused of “acting erratic” while inside a bedroom in the home with another family member before walking out with a knife, officials said.
He saw his grandpa sleeping on the couch and stabbed him before a family member stopped his attack, officers said.
He was arrested and booked into the Clark County Detention Center on an open murder with a deadly weapon charge, officials said.
The man’s cause of death will be determined by the Clark County Coroner’s Office, officers said.
