An unusually beautiful estate in a coveted neighborhood in Studio City, California, has landed on the market for $5.65 million. And it happens to be owned by one of the most recognized voices in television award show history.

According to a news release, the home is owned by Cedering Fox — the voice-over announcer for The Academy Awards.

“Cedering Fox is one of the few internationally recognized voices on television. You have heard her as the on-air announcer for live awards shows such as The Oscars, The People’s Choice Awards, The Library of Congress Gershwin Prize for Popular Song, and The Democratic National Convention,” the release says.

She owns the home with husband Brian Loucks, a Creative Arts Agency music agent and host of “The Living Room Series,” the release notes.
