Woman’s boyfriend accused of killing her, dumping body in trash can, CA police say
A man was arrested after being accused of killing his girlfriend, California police said.
On Oct. 22, Costa Mesa officers responded to a home and found a woman dead in the backyard, according to a news release by the police department.
The body of Julie Anne Sanetra, 38, of Irvine had been found in a trash can behind the Costa Mesa home of her boyfriend, according to an Oct. 23 news release by the police department.
The 49-year-old was found about 50 miles away in Glendale and arrested, police said.
McClatchy News is not identifying him because he has not yet been formally charged.
