Tourist from Texas spends $3.20 on slot machine — then wins much more in Las Vegas
A lucky gambler from Texas spent a few dollars on a slot machine and ended up hitting the jackpot.
They won $10,145.29.
The guest sat at a Smokin’ Hot Stuff Wicked Wheel slot machine at Binion’s Gambling Hall & Hotel, the casino said in a Sept. 16 post on X, formerly known as Twitter.
They bet $3.20, hit spin and watched the symbols flash across the screen until they were alerted of the jackpot prize.
Now, the player is going home with a big prize.
Another gambler also got lucky at the same casino recently.
A Las Vegas resident bet $5 on a Dragon Link Golden Century slot machine and won over $14,000, McClatchy reported Sept. 12.
Binion’s Gambling Hall & Hotel is on Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas.
