Homeowner Mike Cooper told ClickOrlando.com that his father built the house in 1989 and that thanks to its royal exterior, folks take notice.
“Mostly, people just stop outside. During the summertime — I guess since that’s when we’re out more, you’re out there doing the yard or whatever you’re doing — people just stop and say, ‘I love your house! Can we take a picture?’” he said.
Apopka is about a 20-mile drive northwest from Orlando.
