Zaxby’s brings back fan-favorite entree — but not for long. Here’s what to know
Two Zaxby’s fan favorites are back, but only for a limited time.
Zaxby’s Asian Zensation Zalad and hand-rolled egg rolls returned to menus Tuesday, Jan. 9, at participating restaurants nationwide, the Georgia-based chicken chain said in a news release.
The seasonal salad features customer’s choice of fried Chicken Fingerz or grilled chicken on a bed of mixed greens, carrots, red cabbage and fried wonton strips, according to a product description. It’s then topped with Asian slaw in a honey sesame teriyaki glaze and served with a citrus vinaigrette dressing.
Each salad is $9.95 and comes with a vegetable egg roll, the restaurant said.
For $3, customers can also get two egg rolls on the side served with a sweet and spicy sauce.
“Last year, we literally ran out of Egg Rolls from an overwhelmingly positive response from our customers,” Patrick Schwing, chief marketing and strategy officer for Zaxby’s, said in the release. “We’re advising our guests to come early and often to get them while they last.”
Both items are available for a limited time, though Zaxby’s didn’t say how long.
