A man was arrested in Nebraska after he accidentally called 911 on himself, according to police.

A video posted on Facebook by the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office shows the dash camera footage along with the 911 audio call from the March incident.

On the call, you can hear the man telling the dispatcher he was driving on the highway and someone was driving in the wrong direction.

“He had his brights on, man. He almost ran me off the road,” the man can be heard telling the dispatcher.

“Dude he almost hit me, I was like ‘holy (expletive),’” the man said. “That was gnarly, that was like, a lot.”

But when the deputy found the man pulled over on the highway, it was his vehicle that was on the wrong side, you can see in the video.

“Do you know why I stopped you?” the deputy asks him.

“Cause I was on the wrong side of the road,” the man can be heard saying in the video.

When the deputy asked the man why he was driving on the wrong side, the man told him he must have missed an exit.

Later, the video shows the man in the back of the police cruiser. The deputy asks the man if he was the one who called 911.

“Yea, because I thought somebody was on the wrong side of the (expletive) road, bro,” the man responds.

“But it turned out it was you,” the deputy says back to the man.

“Yep, like a dumb (expletive),” the man is heard saying back.

In a caption on the video, police state the driver’s blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit.

“As the video depicts, we’re fortunate no one was seriously injured before this driver could be removed from the road,” Captain John A. Vik told Fox News Digital.
