And it even comes with some pretty cool nicknames that match the aesthetics of the residence.
“Easily the most recognizable home in Burbank, if not all of The Valley, and has been coined ‘The Burbank Castle’ and ‘The Harry Potter House’ is available for the first time in 20 years,” the listing on Zillow.com says.
The four-bedroom, five-bathroom home has a very woodsy vibe with a modern day touch gracefully flowing through all 5,317 square feet of the residence.

The home was featured on Friday Night Zillow, a Twitter segment run by Bloomberg reporter Steven Dennis that showcases unique houses up for sale. And people were transfixed.
“That clear air happens two days per year in Burbank,” one person responded, referencing the pristine sky captured in the photos.
“That is a NICE house,” another gushed. “Put it somewhere near the Appalachian Trail in PA/MD with a bit more land and figure out where to put a library and it would be perfect.”
“Some of it is nice, but where are the trees?” someone asked.
Burbank is about 10 miles north of Los Angeles.
